Integrity
No more drift
Common fail case: someone links to /public_html/... in the browser (that will 404). Public URLs must start with /portal/ or /library/.
If you want the “View Example” to open a PNG instead of the HTML certificate, point it to:
/library/_assets/pgu-certificate-sample.png

One PGU ignition
Run 1 PGU end-to-end first. After capture succeeds, bind coordinates, then materialize. That first true certificate is the spark.
If you later allow up to 20, make sure your capture guard matches the storefront.
