These bylaws establish the internal legal system of WST, asserted as protected under:

This document is asserted as lawful, non-political, non-statutory, and enforceable within the private domain of WST.
1. Title & Formation
WORLD STANDING TOGETHER — PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP ASSOCIATION (WST-PMA)
This PMA is described as a private, non-statutory, voluntary association operating under private contract.
Governing instruments (as listed):
- The WST Global Master Trust (WST-GMT)
- The WST Global Charter Constitution (WST-GCC)
- These Bylaws
- Internal Policies issued by the Executive Trustee
2. Purpose of the PMA
- Form a private global governance system for WST operations.
- Maintain a private legal jurisdiction for WST members.
- Protect privacy, autonomy, and freedom of association.
- Support WST humanitarian programs.
- Govern conduct of WST officers, members, and charters.
- Provide structure for training, oversight, accountability, compliance, and administrative processes.
3. Private Nature of the Association
3.1 Private Jurisdiction
This PMA is stated as private and not subject to state corporate law, statutory association law, or public policy mandates unless voluntarily adopted.
3.2 Private Records
All PMA records, documents, communications, and proceedings are described as private and confidential.
3.3 Voluntary Membership
Membership is described as voluntary, revocable, and conditioned upon compliance.

Holders of appointed positions such as Directors, Coordinators, Administrators, Project Leads.

4.6 Honorary / Diplomatic Members
Reserved for tribal leaders, humanitarian ambassadors, and international partners.
5. Membership Agreement
5.1 Private Membership Contract

5.2 Binding Authority

6. Governance of the PMA

7. Officers
The PMA may appoint officers such as Global Director, Continental Directors, National Coordinators, Program Directors, Legal Liaison, Finance Controller, Operations Superintendent.
7.1 Appointment
All officers serve at the pleasure of the Executive Trustee.
7.2 Duties
- Uphold the WST mission
- Maintain confidentiality
- Follow private law

7.3 Removal
Officers may be removed without cause.
8. Private Law & Regulations
8.1 Internal Administrative Law
Adopted through Trustee resolutions, Global Council rulings, and PMA policy acts.

8.3 Confidentiality Law

9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
9.1 Internal Dispute Resolution
Handled by mediation and administrative review.
9.2 Arbitration Court
If unresolved, matters go to the WST International Arbitration Tribunal (IAT). Arbitration is described as final, binding, enforceable, and private.
9.3 Public Courts
Members waive access to public courts for internal matters except criminal acts, statutory obligations (public-facing),
and government-imposed requirements (as stated).
10. Discipline & Enforcement

12.2 Obedience to Public Law

12.3 Prohibition on Military Activities
WST is humanitarian only.
13. Amendments to Bylaws

All amendments must be written, signed, and archived.

These Bylaws are binding on all members of the Private Membership Association.
