Reset your sign-in

If you can’t sign in, request a one-time reset token, then set a new password. We never show internal machine IDs on member screens.

Step 1: Request token

Use your username (handle) and your Member Code for verification.

Step 2: Set new password

Enter the token you received, then choose a new password.

If you no longer have your Member Code or your token, use Support. (That’s a safety rail, not a roadblock.)
