World Standing Together connects individuals and organizations through one Commerce Engine. Individuals participate through Membership (PMA). Organizations participate through the Strategic Commerce Participation Agreement (SCPA). Every completed transaction follows the same Commerce Engine and is preserved through the Universal Transaction Seed (UTS).

Standards

Participation Principles

All participation operates under WST standards, verification, membership alignment, and accountable settlement.
  • Declarations are auto-recognized: no manual approval is needed to begin.
  • Activation is locked: membership, full application, identity when required, and standards must be completed.
  • Authority is never automatic: no declaration grants representation, territory, control, or value rights.
  • Private review remains available: ET visibility exists for real value, sensitive assets, authority, settlement, or institutional activity.
  • Draft instruments carry the work: the member system creates the record, contract, asset, affiliate, project, support, or investment draft.

How Participation Works

Choose affiliate, project, capital, assets, investment, or support and submit the generic declaration.

Recognized

The system records the declaration as AUTO_APPROVED without granting authority or final rights.

Requirements

The activation engine tracks full application, membership, identity when needed, and standards acknowledgement.

The declaration connects into the member system so participation is tied to a real human or organization profile.

Once requirements are complete, the member can activate the path and create the proper draft instrument.
